MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced client relationship leader to join our Equity Plan Solutions team. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, providing strategic guidance, delivering exceptional service and helping organisations achieve successful employee share plan outcomes. About the Role As Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of 5–7 client relationship professionals across Brisbane and Perth while managing your own portfolio of Employee Share Plans clients. You'll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, drive service excellence, mentor your team and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Equity Plan Solutions business. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high-performing client relationship team. Manage a portfolio of strategically important Employee Share Plans clients. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advisers. Drive client retention, service excellence and long-term partnership growth. Lead client reviews, commercial discussions and account planning. Use data and commercial insights to support decision-making and improve client outcomes. Champion operational excellence, governance and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth. About You You're an experienced relationship leader who enjoys partnering with clients, developing people and delivering outstanding commercial and service outcomes. You'll bring strong leadership capability, commercial judgement and experience managing complex client relationships within Employee Share Plans or a related corporate markets environment. We're particularly interested in candidates from: Employee Share Plans or Equity Compensation Executive Reward or Long-Term Incentives (LTI) Share Registry or Issuer Services Corporate Trust Corporate Governance Financial Services or Corporate Markets Client Relationship Management supporting listed or corporate clients If your experience comes from an adjacent corporate markets discipline and you're interested in applying your skills within Employee Share Plans, we'd also love to hear from you.
